  • Advising bidders on their responses to tender calls and to advising on negotiations and strategy with tender authorities
  • Attending at multi-party, multi-issue Coroner’s Inquests
  • Defending professionals before their regulatory bodies including the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Ontario Association of Architects
