Erica Danton

Erica Danton has over twelve years of solid litigation experience. She has a strong background in commercial litigation matters and a good understanding of e-Discovery practices.

Erica assists litigation counsel with large, complex matters involving both Canadian and U.S. parties and interests. She reviews, analyses and manages the production of documentary evidence and assists counsel at discovery, mediation, and trial.

Erica has significant experience in administering document intensive files. She provides document management support using large databases on a variety of software platforms.

Erica frequently chairs meetings, workshops and continuing legal education programs for the firm’s lawyers and professional staff.
