Our central Toronto location provides access to the courts including the Toronto Construction Lien Masters Court, the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. A central downtown location also provides ample parking and subway access for clients. We use all the necessary dispute avoidance tools including negotiation, mediation and where required adjudication or arbitration to keep you out of court, with the ability to “go the distance” where justice requires it.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and a Charter Fellow of the Construction Law Society of America

Areas of Practice
